no respectable, logically-minded individual would even use that as any kind of actual validation (which, so far BTW, you have none).

Few examples here in the US.

1) We have The Right to fine you for catching rain water.

2) We have The Right to Fine you for downing The Kings Deer out of season and without a licence.

Don't matter if you have NO access to 'city water.' Nor that the deer would have helped feed you and yours for a month.

While don't necessarily agree with the rainwater laws, I do see their point in drought stricken states. In Utah a car dealership got fined for for making a large collection tank to wash cars. Seems innocent enough until you realize that is water not going
into the ground; possibly keeping water from reaching someones well to drink/bathe. I've never heard of them fining personal collection tanks.

Deer? Lol. If there wasn't rules and regulations harvesting them, there may just not be deer at a later date. And you just know if hunting deer was a free-for-all, there would be those that went out everyday and tried to sell the meat for profit. In my state
a tag for a doe or buck is $20.00; you can get 2 buck tags and more doe tags. A 180 pound buck will yield about 72 pounds of meat. I seriously doubt there is someone that afford that. Mind you, I don't hunt, I'm getting this info from my Bambi murdering friends.

^ 300 gallons of water times billions will not make a dent in the underground water supply as it takes eons to build that underground supply up enough to then be pumpable to hundreds/thousands/millions of homes etc. Whereas catching rain water can be put
to use almost as soon as it's caught giving LIFE (Can't live without water) to the 'here and now' as opposed to the 'sometime in the future.' But we can argue those merits some other time and on another forum.

I'm not against 300 or so gallons, and believe it's a good idea. It's big companies that pump water out of the Great Lakes, or dig thousands of wells, to bottle and sell to me later that gives me pause. How can you tell me with a straight face that Lake
Superior water levels are lowering from global warming, and pumping billions of gallons a day out for bottling has nothing to do with it (Not you personally.)?

It's like my company years ago telling us paper checks were no longer a option because they were going "green". I'm sure they spent many countless sleepless nights worrying about mother earth and not how many millions they were going to save on accounting,
paper, and ink.

@ElectroFlying Thank you for asking. One of my questions was if I buy another X1 till this injustice gona have an end one way or another. Second is if I can't use the current X1 elite offline (bought from microsoft store with 3 years waranty ) because
the console can't get through the initial setup and update and everywere the statement of Microsoft is in the case of banning a console it is customer property and you can play it offline even with some offline achievements and I can't do this .It is not a
waranty problem? Regardless some of you can't conceive I didn't do nothing ,it is the truth so injustice make you wanna fight! I'm sorry some time I make spelling mistakes but let's not forget I write in an foreign language!

Ok i read that many times,nothing apply to my case.Im a grown man,I live only with my wife.There are no sides to the story.There is an epic mistake,that's why I was never contacted.They have nothing to say!The only reason for them can possibly can cross
my mind is tampered console and for that Microsoft store has to answer .I never played on Second hand consoles,I never login ed in an other console,I don't have secondaries accounts,I moved to a ibiza a island I don't know anyone to enter my house.Is that
hard to believe in our times that errors can ocurre? Proven guilty doesn't apply with these common thief's I know,but a reason for my money must be given!!!

The problem I am having with all this is the "banned for no reason"... everyone is an innocent victim. OP, maybe you did not cheat but could someone else have used your console while you were not around? There is always two sides to a story.

As for Xbox Live being a dictatorship, you agreed to the TOU that go along with a Live membership which are clearly stated.

I'd also like to inform you that the Xbox Live service is a service, through and through, and as such you are subject to its Code of Conduct and Terms of Use, just like with any other service that is provided. You don't have the same freedoms you may have
as a citizen of whatever country you may come from, because the service is not your country of origin - far from it, in fact. To use their service, you must agree to their terms, rules, and regulations, which you have already done, since that's part of the
process of signing up to Xbox Live. Since you have, by your own admission, been banned, then that means you have likely violated those terms, so you have been terminated from the service. As a company, Microsoft has the right to refuse service (with a few
minor stipulations, regarding human rights, of course) and has simply done so with you. That's really all there is to it.
