Abrupt shut downs and sidebar opens on the Xbox One Console.

Recently, my Xbox One Console has been turning off unexpectedly and the bar when you click the home button will open without provoking it. The Xbox is being kept cool with air, and I do not know what else to do.

Thanks for the reply! I recommend trying a
power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a
soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try this out first and let us know the results.

After following these exact directions, it still shut off and the sidebar still opened. Any other Ideas?

Edit: I already contacted Xbox, but they didn’t help.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

If that doesn't work you should contact support using this
