    Also like i said go on Google type in xbox video trimmer and look at how many pages there is about it being broken and they all back date to the start of 2018. About its not widespread lol thousands are complaining but just get told the same bull . Fix
    the problem instead of asking customers to either send their xbox for repairs which is a joke or reboot and delete your stuff . Little fixes like rebooting wouldnt need to be done if it was fixed properly.

    Had the exact same issue and sometimes a reboot of the Xbox One doesn't even fix it. I usually re-name my system then reboot and that usually fixes it. I'll try the Airplane mode next time and see if that helps.

    Hey there! Most of the time this can be fixed with a full reboot. Go into Settings, Power, Restart Xbox. If that doesn't work, in Power, go to Turn Xbox off, and unplug the power cord from the back for about 2 minutes.
