    Hello,

    I just purchased a new Xbox one S control for my Windows 10, but after using a Bluetooth connection, the sound is only mono, not stereo.

    And some games such as Final Fantasy XIII is wrong button, spinning around the screen, like the analog stick is pulled in one direction.

    Can I ask how to solve these problems?

    And my system is Windows 10 Pro x64 1511

    Xbox One S Wireless Control Issue

    Hey

    I recently got the new Xbox One S. I have used the control on my PC as a control by using the USB Cable.

    When I connect the control back to my Xbox One S it won't register. It will boot the Xbox on when I turn the Control on and even connect by Sync but won't allow any action. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this issue?

    Hello,

    You need windows 10 anniversary update to flash the newest controller update through accessory app(win10 store) to solve this. worked for me.

    There is no Bluetooth radio component in the Xbox One S console itself.

    The controllers connect to the Xbox One S the same way the controllers connect to the original Xbox One: proprietary RF. You could technically connect an Xbox One S controller to an original Xbox One, and an original Xbox controller to the Xbox One S.

    The Bluetooth functionality in the new Xbox One S controller is specifically made for connecting the controller to a Windows 10 PC with the "Anniversary" update, which has the drivers needed for the controller when connected via Bluetooth.
