so, i already own a few games from the Rebel reward, do they count towards the 60$? What would happen If i owned them all? Would i be unable to participate?

Xbox Live Reward credits can be deposited into your local currency after you get 1,000. You also get exclusive offers sometimes and can get thing cheaper. There are also offers that will earn you credits like pre-ordering games. more info is here: Xbox Live Rewards

Just to make clear as I know some people get confused this is a referral to buy gold. Not to sign up to xbox live rewards.

XBOX Live Rewards and Bing Rewards seem to be more useful.

 

Promotions do not reward for purchases completed prior to the promotion. If you happened to own all the games during that promotion you would not be able to participate in that part of the promotion. There would still be the avatar portion for 2,000. That
is why we get new promotions monthly. I personally did not like any of the pre-orders in the Games on Demand promotion so I do not participate in that until the new promotion starts.

May 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and May 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

Since your purchases would not have occurred within the offer period (May 1 - May 31), those prior purchases would not be eligible for the offer. Unfortunately, if you already owned all the titles on the eligibility list for that offer, you would not be
able to progress that portion of the offer.
