Not all Xbox catalog are PC compatible. Games tagged S/X/One are for consoles only as well.

You'll find game pass games for your PC on Xbox app. You can also see some of them on the Microsoft store, Go to My Library and Look for “Xbox Game Pass” and click on that option. All of the games included with Game Pass will display.

I'm having this EXACT problem in the menus except I just opened the package and put the game in my console for the first time. It says something about downloading the free catalog update and NOTHING in the downloadable content says catalog.

the game catalog on the dashboard where it had all the games in alphabetal order before the update last year. now days its gone which you have to bing search it. I can't find Arkham Origins, the new Wolfenstein, and the 2 new gameplay videos of GTA 5. on
the dashboard. sorry for the spelling usually the phone auto corrects it, but its not working for some reason.

Added/updated to where and by whom? You need to elaborate more.
