    Hey guys,

    First time poster here - I am really interested in getting in on the live streaming with twitch. I understand that the March 11 update will include the ability to stream straight from the console. However, I cannot find any real in depth information on specifics
    when it comes to streaming from the xbox.

    My questions are:

    How in depth will the UI be with broadcasting on Xbox; is it just going to be your basic screen plus camera? In other words, is the ability to have customized frames and labels going to be unavailable on the console for twitch?

    How is the Xbox going to handle twitch issues such as subscribers and the like?

    If they will be unavailable and I want to stream the traditional way using my Xbox - how do I go about doing that? I know there are "how to" articles online, but I am not exactly knowledgeable in regard to this issue. I know I would need a game capture device
    and camera. However, beyond that I am not sure what else I would need. I only have a laptop when it comes to computers, and I don't know the specs of hand.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    I knew this was coming, but there are somethings in that article I had not heard anyone mention yet, such as the "Xbox broadcast" voice command you mentioned - there's some really cool stuff here. About Twitch :)

    That's cool that we can archive our streams. That's all I really wanted to know. Bonus that you only have to say "Xbox Broadcast" when you want to do it.

    It could be an issue with the twitch apps, if so, then you will need to contact twitch about it. As for the service alert on the Xbox 360, that's a bug. Pretty much every Xbox 360 is showing there is one even if there isn't.

    Also you do not need a gold subscription to access twitch.

    Twitch just got hacked, time to change your passwords :(

    I read my emails and saw this about twitch. then thought it was a spam thing. so just ignored it. then got on twitch later that day saying change you're password.
