    For the love of god can someone PLEASE help me?

    So I have 2 xbox's, have had them for 13 months.

    Was paying for Game Pass and Xbox GOLD so both kids could share games and play online.

    All was working fine until yesterday.

    Suddenly both Xbox's said

    sign in with the profile used to play the game and make sure subscriptions are up to date.

    So I sign into xbox online to check subscriptions. Xbox GOLD was still active and reaccuring billing. The Game Pass said it had expired even though it was reaccuring billing.

    I noticed there was now Game Pass Ultimate that combined the 2 subscriptions so instead of setting up the Game Pass again to start billing I cancelled Gold and set up the Ultimate.

    Now even though subscriptions are showing on the xbox on my profile and son A profile, son B is showing no subscriptions.

    I've attempted to change the My Home Xbox and profiles used to purchase games , too many times to try and fix this and now i can't switch them again.

    I have no idea why the stupid things keep saying I need to purchase the passes and/or sign in with the profile used to purchase the games.

    I am at my wits end

    Someone please HELP before I have a nervous breakdown

    Yes...

    You could try to gameshare with son 1 and then son 2 can play on the other console with his account, cause you should put the account in your family group... so games and subscriptions you have, are shared with both!

    try chatting with xbox support through live chat, explain everything and they should reset your home xbox for you.

    son 1 would need your account set as home xbox for him to play. son 2 would need your account signed as home xbox too. only 1 xbox can have you set as home xbox . so if you set son1s xbox with you as home son 2 would need to play as you using your account

    so that you can find out exactly which subscription is tied to each account, go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and sign in with each account.

    this should show your account as having Game Pass Ultimate and nothing else.

    your son's accounts should have no subscriptions active (if I am understanding how you intended to set things up).

    check that to confirm that the subscriptions were purchased on the correct account.

    Do this for me Sign into your account at account.microsoft.com/services and tell me exactly which subscription your account/profile has active on it.

    For the Xbox it should say one of three.

    1. Xbox live Gold= only has gold capabilities

    2. Xbox Game pass for console= Only has game pass for console not PC

    3. Xbox Game pass ultimate = Has all three (Gold, Console and PC game pass)

    If your account only shows the xbox live gold then that is the only subscription that is on your account.

    Then do the same with your sons accounts to see what subscriptions they have.

    From what I am reading with your response is that somehow your account only has the Gold and your younger sons account somehow got the ultimate subscription put onto it.

    If this is the case then whatever console your younger son uses least make that his home console and that would be the one that your older son would be able to use your younger sons gold and game pass subscription on.

    The only thing that I can think of that possibly happened is that somehow you may have been signed into your younger sons account when you made the purchase for the ultimate game pass.

    One thing I don't understand is that all 3 profiles now keep coming up with I have to purchase a Game Pass.

    Console 1 = Has my profile which shows the Gold Pass subscription only, and is set to my home console.

    My son's profile on this console does not show any subscriptions which I understand why.

    Console 2 = Has my profile which shows the Gold Pass subscription, however when I log into the younger son's profile it shows the Ultimate game Pass only.

    I purchased the Ultimate Game Pass through the website, not the consoles. So through my account, so why did they end up on different consoles?

    Also why is it telling me I need a Game Pass when I have purchased the Ultimate. Its already come out of my bank account, and its active so I'm at a loss
