    I've been a Gold subscriber since 2007 on the 360 first and then Xbox One once released. I've always enjoyed racing online primarily in the Forza titles. It seems there is a great lack of enforcement in these titles though as with each game the lobbies
    all become more and more saturated with people griefing. It's at the point now that every collisions on lobby in Forza 6 has someone or a team of someones whose goal isn't to run a race but rather ruin everyone else's. I'm fully aware there's a report function
    but for one it's entirely convoluted to try and type a message on what I'm reporting on a game pad or wheel and now it's just too saturated with trolls and half the time I get online would be spent blocking and reporting. It's high time there be a good cleaning
    house on the lobbies in the latest Forza title. This is my report: every collisions on lobby, no exaggerating, has people violating policy. We pay for this service, go make it worth it.

    Since the adaptor is not a Rewards program issue, you would need to contact support about that again. There's generally nothing given for renewing gold unless you do so through a specific offer on the dashboard.

    Might I also suggest removing payment option on your account. This might help with the auto renewal too if it keeps renewing.

    When you purchase gold through the Xbox, you are told that auto-renewal will be turned on. By confirming the payment you have agreed to allow them to charge you again unless you turn off auto-renewal before then.

    You would have to call support about cancelling the subscription.

    Yes, you can use a credit card to purchase gold through Live. As long as you choose a 1 month subscription you will auto-renew every month until you turn that off.

    A couple of things about that though. It's cheaper to purchase a 1 year subscription instead of renewing monthly. It's $9.99/month which would work out to be about $120 a year vs. $60 up front for 1 year. You can also find prepaid gold cards online for about
    $30-40 as well.
