About the Xbox One console

Ok first of something like what I'm about to tell you has happened before but smaller...

Recently my Xbox One has been acting very strange with the sudden closing of apps and games or not opening the game/app at all.

Sometimes it will go to the loading screen and a error pop-up will appear and tell me my internet has been disconnected or I need to reinstall.

I have reinstalled i have restored to factory defaults i have cleared the cache but nothing is working...

This has been going on for about 2 months now.

But towards the beginning of the release of Destiny my xbox did the same thing but only to that game...all the other games/apps worked perfectly fine until now.

If anyone, anyone at all has any info about what might have caused this or how I might fix this please tell me.

I'm completely open to suggestions! Thank You.

Hi there,

What type of plug do you have your console connected to? Is it connected directly to the socket or an adaptor with more than one socket? If it's an adaptor, how many other devices do you have plugged in? Do you have a surge protector present in between?

Thinking of going to an xbox one x some time this year, so needed to know what I have to do

Not looking forward to having to download and install all the Games again. They take forever.

I've only just recently switched to an Xbox one S console. Been using Wii and Wii U for a long time. Anyway, my question is if for some reason my console stops working and I have to get another one, is my data saved in the cloud? Or would I have
to replay all my games? I know I would have to download/install the Games on the new console, but if I'm using the same account, would it still have my Game play saved?

My reply isn't about the console itself, but it's about the Xbox community. IMO Xbox has the THE BEST online community and it's the most accessible.
