    Hello microsoft team, I just bought a subscription for the game pass ultimate service you guys provide, since I saw an offer with discount I went for it, but, it appears you guys are having some trouble with the sistem. The problem is that

    I didn't notice this until it was the THIRD TIME that I bought the same product. It wasn't accepting my card but I knew that I had enough funds. So I went and checked my bank account status and it appears that it was already charged, the THREE TIMES that
    I paid. It is obvious what I want as a customer and as a gamer. If you guys can solve this problem I will be very thankful.
