    Can't see my bio, name, or location ever since I got on beta dashboard update 2013

    Ever since I I got on the beta dashboard 2013 update I was never able to edit my bio location and name how do I fix this please help

    I want to change my account information such as name, location, and bio but it wont give me those options on the Xbox 360 and I can't find it on the Xbox website, please help.

    I am also experiencing these problems, and I have not found a fix for it. And when I ask my friends about what my profile says they say that it hasn't been removed, so I don't think Microsoft did this.
