about repurchasing bedrock from switch to pc

From what I've known, bedrock does not have a MOD option, however on PC if you were to switch to java which can use MOD's then the story is a little different. My advice is to switch versions or if you use PC, then use an older version of bedrock

There's not, however, in most cases you should be able to port worlds from W10 and get on Realms you have been a part of from version to version so long as they are the Bedrock version (which I think the Switch Edition is) and as long as you are signed into
to you Xbox Account.

The only promotion for a free copy of the Bedrock Minecraft happened a few years ago and ended after about a year. It was when the new version had come out and split from the Xbox One Edition they offered free Bedrock to everyone in that promotional period.
This did not apply for PC, Mobile, and now Switch. You'll have to buy those separately and the Xbox one separately now as well.

To be able to have one account for both Nintendo Switch and PC you will need to have the Windows 10 edition of the game on the PC. As Java and Bedrock (Xbox One, mobile, windows 10, nintendo switch) has different coding in the game.
