I have some question can you guys help me on it?

If I borrow my sisters Credit Card she is in Hawaii and I live in Philippines am I able to download free xbox games?

Also about the games that are region block If We can't download it, Can xbox give us another game that is available for us?

60 usd is expensive in my country :/ that is like a month of salary! I bought the gold mebershipbecause it is Advertised that we can get 2 games per month! there are months that i cant get a game huhu I think you guys are false advertising

XB1 games are not region locked I believe.

Do I have to worry about regions when purchasing Xbox One games? Like the Wii U is region locked and has PAL and NSTC region games.

Generally if a certain game is not available in a region, they do provide a different game. However, since the Philippines are not a support region, that would not be the case.

In order to use your sister's credit card, you would need to have a US account. Even then you will still run into region issues due to living in a region where Live is not supported.

Some games are region locked, but not all. That's why you will run into issues with certain games,but not all of them. Region locks are put in place by the developers, not Microsoft so they can't do anything about them. There is no way around region locks.

Some games are region locked thats all.

US and europe consoles can all read PAL but if a game is region locked it will not work.

So if the game is only for New Zealand but your console is not it will not read it.

It has nothing to do with PAL.

Sometimes it has to do with the language sometimes it´s just a choice for the publisher to put a region lock on it.

There is nothing you can do about it.

It is known that Fifa is region locked.

not all games are region locked

it may be that rainbow 6 is region locked and you wwere lucky with the others

halo and blackops are known to be region locked

you may have to contact ubisoft for that answer if there is a region lock applied to rainbow six

violent games tend to have region locks

now you may try deleting the content then clearing system cache

then try redownloading it

Hello, Sorry if a gifted game is region locked its nothing you can do about it. When you purchase games like this it does mention about region lock and making sure it is correct. Only option I can give is to contact XBox and see what they say.
