    I purchased the FIFA 2018 Ronaldo edition as a digital version. However, since the language is not in Korea, I would like to purchase it as a regular 2018 edition after a refund. Is it possible to refund?

    about game refund

    hi. yesterday I purchased xcom2 collection from xbox homepage. When I play the game it has too much lack and game crashing. I try to re download and install the game, but it still has a problem. Can it refund?

    PS: My xbox type is one s and it purchased one week ago. If cannot refund, how to solve this lack and crashing problem. Also, can I get Korean language support?

    Information about refund

    I talked to someone in xbox staff about 5 days ago regarding a refund to have. The person who talked to me said that in the next 60 days I will have a refund on my credit card of half of what I spent in the last 6 months because of the error of the system.
    The credit card in my account is no longer valid and for now there is no card related to my account. Can you please tell me how you will proceed with the refund ? Do I need to add another credit card before you do the credit on the card ? I just want to make
    sure that I will get the refund as promised. Thank you very much for your help.
