About ready to leave Xbox for good

ONCE AGAIN I am banned from communications on Xbox Live, which is already ridiculous enough given that it was due to me sending someone a mildly explicit message where I even CENSORED the bad word I wrote, and though I am mildly irritated, it really isn't
the end of the world.

HOWEVER, now I am banned from MULTIPLAYER TOO? For TWO WHOLE WEEKS?

I am being denied a service that I am paying for monthly and have been consistently paying for for over 10 years now and that is NOT OK. You want to take my communications privileges away, fine. But this is going WAY TOO FAR.

Tell me please, how it's ok for people to t-bag each other (essentially simulating sexual **** and/or necrophilia) or walk around in GTA V and simulate ****, doing drugs, and making obscene gestures but I can't send an angry message to someone who teamkills
me in a MATURE RATED GAME like Rainbow Six Siege.

None of the messages I send ever contain anything racist or sexist, the worst I ever do is tell someone to go *bleep* themselves after they teamkill me. In this last instance I never even said any bad words, I merely used symbols.

In conclusion I am FED UP with being banned for essentially nothing. If it was a few days even I might be able to deal with it, but to ban me from multiplayer for half a month means I'm basically wasting my money on nothing.

Get your priorities straight Microsoft and ease up on this crap because I'm THIS CLOSE to letting my account expire permanently.

ive made 50 dollars in purchases, maybe more, the last month and vip only goes up 1 percent. is this correct? also, percentage STILL fluctuates after i've addressed the issue w you people. goes up after a purchase then back down to 27 percent. also, it's
june 12 and still no vip credits for may purchase. i feel like your tracking system is terribly flawed and if there is no satisfactory answer my loyalty will shift to ps4 reward program. i dont understand how i can get up to 29 percent 3 different times, then
back to 27? wtf. like i said, final grievance and i'm opting out of this bs if not fixed. - shaun

The spending requirement for four stars, which you are currently working towards, is $1200. Since you only spent 34.99 last month on The Witness and Telltale's Guardians of the Galaxy, that would be roughly 35/1200 = .029, or 3% progress. Since your progress
at the end of April was 25%, as you mentioned in your last post (stuck at 25%), this would be an accurate increase
after we factor in your recent 10.39 purchase on June 1st, which would then make it 25% (end of April MyVIP progress) +3% (May) + 1% (June) to equal your current 29%. We do not see that you have ever been "up to 29 percent 3 different times".

Since we just calculated MyVIP payback, the Credits for last month were just placed into your account recently.

 

I completely agree. I am communication banned because I called someone a P ***Y, Honestly I call everyone a P***** when they leave game or do a B*** move. I do feel I keep it PG 13 in a R Rated game. GTA violates every single rule in the Code of Conduct
policy under Code of CONTENT but yet the players CANNOT get into character and act according to the theme of the game. That's CRAZY to me.

They need to totally eliminate the Code of Content in the CODE OF CONDUCT policy and allow the code of content to follow suit with the each game being played. I mean when there are guns, killing, nudity, drinking, crime, gambling, prostitutes, weapons
of mass destructions, etc. The title alone is a complete violation, Grand Theft Auto, but yet we can't say one cuz word, promote violence, drugs or crime and that's THE WHOLE ESSENCE OF THE GAME. THE WHOLE GAME IS JUST THAT, IT PROMOTES most of their entire
policy on what we get banned for.. Does that make any sense? I love that game but come on they really should have never allowed it thru their holy enforcement department if their people can't decipher common sense to no sense at all.

But . . .

What can we do about it?! Do you have any idea's? Who can we speak to?

 

The age rating on a game does not apply to xbox live.

Age ratings only mean someone under that age can not buy the game.Doesn't mean they can't play it & does not apply to the online side of that game,something every game with online tells you.

Eveverything you do on xbox live must be rated E for everyone.

The code of conduct is there for a reason & is a very simple set of rules to follow.

If you are having problems following these simple rules then maybe online gaming is not for you
