About Privacy & Online safety

Hey there,

I have fifa 17 on my xbox one

and i want to play on the online match in ultimate team on fifa 17, and when i watn to play it wrote to me that i don't have access to this option.

so it send me to go to Privacy & Online safety so i go.

and when i want to change the settings It says me to ask my parents access! and I don't a child and i don't have a parents account!

Maybe i created some other account that in accident i choose him to be the parents of my main account!

so i can't play online options at all! in my main account.

what can i do to fix it?

btw i tried to sign in to the other account the i can't cause i don't have the password of the main and can't changed it something **** up there

and i don't remember the password of this account just to my main,

so please help me to fix it!
