    Trying to play nba2k19 and a message says can't sync profile. Doesn't load. Went to 2k/status and refreshed and updated. And I have done system restart 3 or 4 times as well. Can you help or assist. Thank you

    I am having a similar issue to where the game wont load at all without an error message. whenever i load the game without signing in it works but it makes me sign in then the game crashes.
