It might be worth setting your sons communications to friends only in the privacy settings.That way if he does have an outburst at some point it will lessen the chances of him being reported & suspended again but it won't guarantee it.

To many suspensions will end up with a permanent account ban & the loss of all his digital content,remaining live time etc.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that your son is experiencing difficulties with being able to sign into their account.

I would recommend
removing the account first, and then performing a
power cycle on the console.

Once this is done, you should be able to add your account back to your Xbox once more, and it should allow you to sign into your account once more, if you have already followed any steps provided for you when you began experiencing this issue.

Does it matter who installs the game? Me, my oldest son, and my youngest son all have different accounts but we belong to the same family account.

My oldest son uses the Home console and signs into that console with his own account. My youngest son has his own console and signs into that console with a different account. If my oldest son installs the game on the Home console will my youngest son be
able to see the game on his own console while signed in with his account? Or does my oldest son have to sign on to both consoles?

My son can't get into his account anymore and we don't know how to go about recovering it.
