    about my old account

    about 2-3 yrs ago i had bo1 first strike map pack on my old account that i deleted cuz i didnt want it and i got the new slim so i had enough room for the map pack first strike but the account i dwnloaded it on says i have to pay and its not in download
    history what do i do because thats a waste of 1200 btw the old account is not suspended the old account was x360x Scope5

    If you are asking about your two orders last month, from our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    in call of duty ever happened to you that the cheater deranked you or froze your account and you cannot play multiplayer?

    This is on the older version anything Bo2 and back really the newer games you don't have to worry about, it just because the older games aren't carried about by the devs, especially the 360 because the focus is on the future.
