I find it offensive that you seized money that was added to my account with a cash card. Why would a company that has made so much money off of us already say that cash expires and then take it to spend on whatever they want. I have never changed points
to currency. All of the cash you stole was real money. So whenever Microsoft needs cash why do you dip into our accounts and steal. That is embezzling from us. I never agreed to give you cash for nothing so i would like to have my money returned to me asap.
I shouldnt have to tell you stealing is wrong...

Sorry for your trouble. Currency cards should not expire only the money that you receive from doing such things like Xbox Live Rewards or Bing Rewards will expire. Currency that your using from your own wallet shouldn't expire though.

when Microsoft changed from mspoints to currency on every xbox 360 when you first made a purchase or added funds, you recieved a notification you had to confirm:

all converted mspoints that have been on your account to that day will expire on 1st june 2015

all msp Cards will still remain active but once redeemed the value provided will expire after 1 year

converted funds have priority on purchases, so if you didnt spend it in a year after redeeming you shouldnt blame Microsoft but overthink 2 things: why did you redeem it back then and why didnt you use it in all this time.

it has to expire because msp has a different value than your currency.

Thats the money wich was changed from the Points to Currency Action. I bought the Cards normally. Maybe there are a few € of Reward Points, but thats must be absolutly minimal.
