about my ban

Discus and support about my ban in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my account was ban for 30 days and the 30 day ban ended today but i got into a support chat they said I had another ban that lasted until January 8....     about my ban


    my account was ban for 30 days and the 30 day ban ended today but i got into a support chat they said I had another ban that lasted until January 8. but this came in during my 30 day ban and I was wondering how i got it if i could not send message to anyone
    for 30 days

    About my ban

    honestly at this point it's a bit ridiculous I get hate messages day in and day out and nothing happens but yet I get banned and you don't even go in to detail about why I was banned y'all also have the ability to look at all the messages I send to whoever
    so please let me know what I said was disrespectful or worth being ban for 10 days it's almost like y'all just ban people with no consideration if y'all want their to be a better gaming community how about instead of banning people for weeks put a system in
    place so. No foul language or abusive words can be used. and really look into my case

    Sorry to hear you're upset. However, no one here can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the action
    and open a case review with the PET.

    Extended suspensions are due to the enforcement team finding more violations to the code of conduct that occurred before they gave you the first suspension.

    Suspensions dont happen right away. They are the result of an investigation finding that the code of conduct had been broken. The enforcement team is not large and they likely get tens of thousands of reports every day. Your extension to the ban would have
    been for something done before the initial suspension had started.

    The enforcement team may have found further offenses while your account was suspended and chose to extend the ban. The enforcement team will update on enforcement.xbox.com and you can see if you are eligible for case review from there.

    the fact is that 30 days is a little harsh and i love to play my xbox and i don't have it is right to extend the ban please i read the code of conduct

    so you pretty much said to buy a new xbox or leave community because talking to your friends is the best part of xbox and i think the kids that play this game are to young and u need to actually be 18 teen to buy this console because parents do not monitor
    there kids on what they say

    If you are getting hate messages every day, Report those users and block them. Do not respond to them whatsoever. People will bait people on purpose so that they respond and report them. Doesn't matter what platform you are on.

    As far as language filtering, there are some and I agree should be more but, if you are getting banned because you used any curse word.... You run the risk if being banned. Didn't matter what the other guys says as long as they didn't actually say anything
    that breaks policy.

    You just have to be a little more mindful of what you say yourself.

    You would need to go to the Xbox Enforcement team and submit a case review in order to get your ban possibly lifted. Unfortunately submitting a post here will not do anything.
