For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

If you are refering to a device ban when you say " my Xbox One has been suspended from xbox live " that is a device ban and you can't do anything about it. Device bans are decided only in case of egregious infractions and no one in the forums can help you
about this.

If your console is banned it will still work, you just cant connect to LIVE using it.

You would need to enquire about your account ban in the

Xbox LIVE console suspensions may also include permanent suspensions of Xbox LIVE accounts.
