Who knows, maybe in the future this might change.

Xbox is a secure platform and modding is not possible on it

No one wants cheaters on their platform.

So if there are cheaters on PC, you should ask those platforms why they don't encryptntheir games as well. .

unfortunately Microsoft has no power over any of the developers except themselves to force them to make changes. So if you should complain to Activision about call of duty cheaters, EA about battlefield, and so on
