    There is a girl on xbox named [mod removed] and she has been talking about me on xbox live and the stuff that's she's been saying is not true... She has been taking away every person that I play with on the Xbox live.. Shes been harassing me on xbox and
    on everything. How do I stop her from doing this? I blocked her but she made another account..

    If you respond to them in a civil way that does not violate the code of conduct, you would not be suspended. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct (for most people they usually throw in profanity), you would be suspended. It's not necessary
    to respond at all really. Just report and block someone in a situation like that. That way you don't even get involved at all.

    got banned for harassment when I was the one being harassed the person who was harassing me was harassing children I'm 39 years old I don't play the harassing children with children and asking for sexual favors that's why I got bad because some **** has
