About gametag change problem

Hello,

i changed my gametag(with money), it must be "" but it showing in the account and in xbox "asdasds". Can you help me.

Hi,

Sorry about that issue but change can take up to 72 hours to be showed on all devices.

You can also try to delete your account from the console then add it back to force an update.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

do you know if it is possible to go back to the previous gametag? He has had this gametag for about 6 months, i don't think the enforcement team has changed his gametag
