About game issues

I’ve done the power cycles before and it didn’t work so I’m guessing I just needed to do multiple things or something. >_<

I don’t really have hot spots cuz it’s extra charge to phone bill. So can’t try that really. Tho i did unplug the router itself to try and like refresh that thingy to. It didn’t work at first but then after I did a whole mother console refresh (the holding down Xbox button on the console for 10secs way) it finally worked. So maybe that worked. Idk lol. Thanks tho. Cuz trust me I have tried many different ways.

To further isolate the issue, I suggest that you try to connect your console to a different network connection, it's possible that it's an issue with your internet connection - you may try your mobile data hotspot. You could also try to sign in using a different Xbox account or profile and check if you could install games using a different account.

Thanks for letting me know, Katrielle. I didn’t know a simple power cycle would fix that. I thought it has something to do with your account or internet connection since you already performed a factory reset.
