About Fallout 4 being removed from the game pass

It's entirely up to Microsoft what games are taken off the service.

Hi! it's not up to microsoft to decide. It's an agreement with the developer that has the last word about its games.

for third party developers/publishers game pass is a great way to let player play their games and then later on maybe purchase them when they are taken off since they will be on a 20% discount. but its up to the publishers not microsoft.

Hi my name is Joshua Darling, andi was wondering why is it that Fallout 4 isn't on the game pass anymore also I've over looked another website saying that gta 5 & Doom will be taken off as well. Could you possibly find some other games to take off instead
and put Fallout 4 back on as well. Thank you for your time

Much like Netflix, Game Pass adds games by making deals with the publishers of those titles, most of these deals have a time limit on them. Some games have returned to Game Pass after being removed from the service. As far as I know, the only games that
we can expect to never leave Game Pass are games that are published by Microsoft themselves. For everything else, assume it's a long-term rental.

Fingers crossed we'll see them add Fallout 4 back to the service some point soon. GTA 5 has been removed already I think, but Red Dead Redemption 2 is replacing it.
