    About Enforcement Punishment


    Hi , i play on my Xbox One S for one year , my dad sometimes plays too , i'm 16 and i'm about to make 17 ,and i was wanting to join in Ambassador Program,but i can't due to my dad on september , have been toxic with a player in UFC , the reason was due
    to the other player being toxic too ,but i know he was wrong , also the two players was wrong to being toxic , after that i recieved a punishment in enforcement , but i'm not a toxic player , but now i'm paying the punishment that my dad gave to me , so how
    i can increase my rep again?

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately you will have to wait at least a year from the enforcement action before you can join the ambassador program, per the current ambassador requirements.

    This is one reason for making sure each user has their own account, and not share accounts (which is against the Code of Conduct). It doesn't matter who did what, the account holder is responsible for everything that happens on the account.

    Unfortunately we can't do anything about tour punishment. As I understand it there is a way to appeal your penalty from your own account. But Enforcement don't read this forum.
