About a Stolen Account

Hi. I have a question about my Minecraft account. My account has been stolen. The person who stole my account changed email address and the password of my account. When I treid to login to my Microsoft account, it said account doesn't exist. I created another account with using that email address. Then I realized that my mail address has changed. These things happened like 2 weeks ago. I contacted with Minecraft support team but since I migrated my Minecraft account to Microsoft, they suggested me to contact with Microsoft Support Team. I have my Minecraft account name and Xbox name. I also have the transaction ID. I purchased Minecraft from Minecraft.Net in July 20th 2020. İs it possible to get my account back ?

Sorry to hear that your account was compromised buddy, you can try recover it following steps here:

Sadly creating a new email doesn't help you to recover existing licenses

If you're not able to recover the account following procedures above, sadly there is not much that you can do

It's not a hack through Fifa12. It's the fact EA's website was hacked and the EA account info was stolen. Then these same hackers as using the stolen account info to access XBL accounts and are purchasing stuff for Fifa12 on the stolen accounts.

I am not sure but maybe they are selling the accounts on to Fifa 12 players who are using them to buy the stuff? Or they are buying it themselves on their consoles. If the hackers are using their consoles to DL the stolen purchases onto I am surprised the
consoles haven't been banned yet as all the Stolen DLC will be linked to those consoles.

Also apparently tweeting about it, will get your issues resolved faster, Especially if you tweet to all the public MS/XBL figures on Twitter. This is a public forum that only a small portion of people visit. twitter is much larger and more public.
