    About 20 ready to install games have disappeared


    I have noticed in the 'My games and apps' of the latest dashboard update the number of ready to install games has decreased overnight by about 20

    I can't quite remember what games are missing other than Valiant Hearts: The Great War but I noticed that in the store when I searched the game it was labeled as owned but when I clicked on the search result I had to purchase it again.

    EA Access Not Working

    Since the latest system update, for me 4/20/17, I am unable to gain access to my EA Access Hub and all of the available EA Access titles that were once in my ready to install folder have disappeared. Anyone out there able to help me?

    Reinstall Forza 5 Limited Edition Car Pack?

    Thank you, i didn't know about the menu button on the app tile. The car pack was "ready to install". I installed it and problem was fixed. Dlc disappeared over car too.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

    Witcher 2 not playable issue.

    I have the same problem. I purchased the game a while back and it was in my Ready to Install list. I installed it but got the 7.8GB version that would not load. I uninstalled it after seeing posts about the 7.7GB version and when I did it disappeared from
    my ready to install list and is not in the Microsoft Store either on the Xbox or on the app.

    You could also try a power cycle of the console. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps anything.
