abort a puzzle without finishing.

I cannot find a way to abort a puzzle once selected.

From what I can remember, you would just need to click on the back arrow in the top left corner. It should take you back to your menu.

Thanks for trying. The "back arrow" just takes you back to the previous menu, leaving the unfinished puzzle intact. I want to be able to ABORT the puzzle - meaning an unfinished puzzle will disappear entirely.

It seems that no one here right now knows the answer to your question. You could try contacting
Xbox Support directly for assistance. It is best to request a callback.

Somebody suggested to me that the explosions were caused by my running out of valid moves rather than the countdown aborting too early. I eventually noticed that this is true and I have managed to go lower than 18 on the first countdown without an explosion.
I also did manage to solve the puzzle; nevertheless the countdowns are behaving in a strange fashion on this puzzle: it is not clear how they are related to the timer. and the number of moves.
