Bonjour,

je me suis désabonné en avril, mais chaque fois un prélèvement lieu sur mon compte est avance la date de désabonnement au mois en cours. la c'est le 10/07/2017.

Je ne comprend pas pourquoi mais du coup je suis prélevé de 6.99 tout les mois pour rien.

Je n'ai plus la console, je ne me connecte plus et je me suis déj désabonné en avril.

Merci de me dire comment arrêter se prélèvement non désiré et obtenir le remboursement des mois précédents.

Les abonnements gold sont cumulable. Par conséquent, tu peux, si tu le souhaites, renouveller ton abonnement de suite.

Ton abonnement Xbox Live 12 mois prendra effet la fin de ton abonnement Xbox Live 1 mois.
