    bonjour,

    Le 19/12 j ai payé la prolongation de mon abonnement xbox live pour 1 mois. J ai ensuite arrêter la prolongation automatique car je ne souhaitais pas prolonger l abonnement au del du 20/01. Sauf que je ne peux pas bénéficier actuellement de mon abonnement.
    Merci de procéder au remboursement.

    Je souhaite annuler le renouvellement automatique de mon abonnement xbox live gold depuis 3 jours mais c'est impossible..

    Quand je me connecte sur mon compte, le site me dit " Nous n'avons pas reconnu votre PC"

    Je veux annuler mon abonnement maintenant.

    The 19th of december, i paid for 1 month of xbox live gold and 1 day after i cancelled the automatic paiement.

    When i try to use my abonnement i can't also i paid for it. Can you help me ?

    je rencontre le meme probleme.

    J’ai redemaré la console, essayé de changer le mode de paiement, changer d’abonnement, resillier mon abonnement... impossible.

    dans l’historique des abonnement on me dit que mon Game Pass ultimate est en attente, et pourtant deja payé !!!

    le gametag est bon, et je suis bien connecté au reseau internet

    Les abonnements gold sont cumulable. Par conséquent, tu peux, si tu le souhaites, renouveller ton abonnement de suite.

    Ton abonnement Xbox Live 12 mois prendra effet la fin de ton abonnement Xbox Live 1 mois.
