Abonnement Xbox live gold

Hello,

My xbox live gold subscription expire on 01/21/2019 and yet i can't play multiplayer games, it's like my subscription would have already expired.

Could you help me ?

Ton abonnement Xbox Live 12 mois prendra effet la fin de ton abonnement Xbox Live 1 mois.

I am having the same issue. Mine just renewed on 8/31 and it won't let me play online. It tells me I need to purchase Xbox live.

Hi, I'd recommend trying the following:

-Try a power cycle of your console. For instructions: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

-Try removing and then re-adding your profile from the Xbox- note that you'll need to know the email and password associated with your account to do this. For instructions: Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

-If those don't solve the issue, contact Official Xbox Support for advanced troubleshooting. You can contact them at the following link: Contact Us | Xbox Support

I have this exact issue

tried power cycle, tried adding and removing the account same issue

Does microsoft actually look at these forums?

From what i have gathered there is a lot of people who have this issue. Yet the status page says only buying stuff is affected.

It is very disconserting that since tuesday we have had this issue. Yet microsoft put out a 1 line update every 24 hrs that doesnt even relate to the problem we have.

 

Check Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if you are allowed to join online games etc.

 

If power cycling your console and redownloading your profile didn't solve your problem then this is most likely a temporary issue in the Xbox live service. I'm pretty sure it will be resolved soon.

 

Hi, I have seen a few users reporting that issue today, but far fewer than in the couple days beforehand- it makes me suspect that this issue might be a self-resolving one for you, but I'd highly recommend contacting Official Xbox Support at Contact Us | Xbox Support as
they might be able to do advanced troubleshooting from their end that we community members couldn't do ourselves. Hope that can help you!
