Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on a subscription. When you have game pass ultimate, all other subscriptions like Xbox live gold and game pass are converted to ultimate game pass. You can look over the

When you subscribe to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, we’ll apply any prepaid time you have on Xbox Live Gold and/or Xbox Game Pass toward the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate plan, up to a maximum of 36 months. Prepaid time conversion rates are subject to
change.

You can try and request a call from support or a caht to talk with a support agent to see your options on the year of gold.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Facile facile, au contraire 7500 point pour 1 mois, sa fait plus de 1ans que je fais sa j'ai même pas 1000 alors pour 1 ans.

Donc pour que les service d'Xbox s'améliore, il faudrait que tout les Free-2-play, soit jouable sans abonnement ( qu'on a pas besoin d'avoir un abonnement Xbox live Gold pour pouvoir jouer a fortnite) et pas la peine de me sortir des truc du Game pass, sa
rien avoir, ni les jeux gratuits avec le Gold. Moi je demande, que TOUT les utilisateur des Xbox, peuvent jouer en ligne gratuitement ( sans abonnement) au jeux gratuit.

if you have more than 1 month of Game Pass Ultimate, Do Not Cancel it as you will only get back the $1 you paid for the promotional upgrade. any time you had on Gold or Game Pass that was converted to Ultimate will be lost.

cancel recurring billing and wait for the subscription to end then subscribe to Live Gold.
