I recommend to try the following troubleshooting article:
Recover and reset your lost Microsoft account
password.

I suggest when you get to the portion "Where should we send the code." Click on I don't have access to any of these, and proceed with the
Account Recovery Form.

Try this out and let us know the results.

contact Xbox Support directly either by requesting a call back or chat to see what the issue may be with the subscription. Sadly, we here on the forums lack the necessary tools
to more directly assist in subscription issues.

• Log into Support.Xbox.com
  
• Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
  
• Step 2 : Select a Category, then See other options
  
• Step 3 : Select your Issue/Topic
  
  • Select - Show contact options
    
  • Select – Call me back or chat with Xbox Support
    

If you do not see the selection that you wish to use for contact, then switch topics until it becomes available.
