Bonjour voici mon problème Xbox live e dit qu’il est arrivé expiration le 12 05 2020 or mon dernier règlement a été de 59,99 € le 5 4 2020

[Translation-Hello here is my Xbox live problem and says it expired on 05/12/2020 or my last payment was € 59.99 on 4/4/2020]

Hi Breakers,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on a subscription. Is it possible you are game sharing and they have a gold subscription? Also, if you have the ultimate subscription Xbox live gold and game pass will show as expired. As these
are combined with the ultimate subscription. You can request a call from support so they can look into the issue if you are supposed to have a subscription.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question with charges. This all depends on what type of lock. If you been temporary locked due to trying to sign in or other things like this than yes.

I recommend to try the following troubleshooting article:
Recover and reset your lost Microsoft account
password.

I suggest when you get to the portion "Where should we send the code." Click on I don't have access to any of these, and proceed with the
Account Recovery Form.

Try this out and let us know the results.

contact Xbox Support directly either by requesting a call back or chat to see what the issue may be with the subscription. Sadly, we here on the forums lack the necessary tools
to more directly assist in subscription issues.

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
Step 2 : Select a Category, then See other options
Step 3 : Select your Issue/Topic
- Select - Show contact options
- Select – Call me back or chat with Xbox Support

If you do not see the selection that you wish to use for contact, then switch topics until it becomes available.
