Salve, avrei bisogno di una risposta se possibile, a Dicembre 2018 ho affettuato un aquisto per la xbox one s di mio figlio, almeno per provare per un mese per un costo in offerta di €. 1,00, sta di fatto allo scadere del mese senza aver fatto nessun abonamento
mi vengono adebitati su paypal €. 6,99 , perchè ?, al momento ho bloccato il pagamento automatico su paypal alla microsoft, sapete darmi una risposta, grazie

per 2 volte ho trovato la chat chiusa e dopo aver provato provato per telefon ma attendendo per decine di minuti senza aver risposta, ho richiesto la telefonata dal supporto. La tempistica prevista era di circa 9 min. ma mi hanno chiamato dopo 2 gg. Dato
però che ero impegnato non ho risposto e poi non mi hanno più ne risposto ne ricontattato.

Primo se non ricordo male era stato detto che smartglass avrebbe avuto piena compatibilit con device android 4.0 e windows phone 8, quelli con windows phone 7x c'era un supporto limitato.

Secondo i devices supportati ufficialmente ANDRANNO AD AUMENTARE NEL TEMPO(percui la cosa non è chiusa).

Qui non si parla di specifiche hardware(che comunque sono importanti) ma di ambiente software richiesto e compatiblit per singoli device.

E' un servizio per gli utenti gold ma questo non vuol dire che tutti i cellulari di questa terra debbano essere compatibili per principio.
