Able to sign on to live but gold is gone...

Got Titanfall yesterday and was unable to log onto live. Now today I can log onto live but my gold membership is gone... so I still can't play...

trying to sign in but all i get is this profile is not allowed to play on xbox live dont know whats gone on it also says i dont have a gold account but i have 12 monts membershp any ideas

 

360 S Signing in and Dashboard problems

Okay, so my problem is mostly gone. I can access the dashboard, and sign in to the offline profiles, but I still can't sign in with the Xbox Live profiles (Free and Gold). My Internet connection is working fine, but for some reason I still can't connect
to Live

 

I don't think it is a problem on Microsofts part. I think your gold ran out.

 

I am experiencing the same problem. Even bought another gold membership and it still says I am not a gold member on xbox live but my online transactions show that I made the purchase.

 

im in the same boat as well. i talked to support about it. they verified my gold status. we tried hard rebooting of course but nothing came of it. they said it is likely the service alert still causing problems

 

Its probably a service error going on right now. What I can recommend is remove your account off your console then try redownloading it. That should help update it showing your gold.

 

thank god im not the only one just got titanfall can sign in no problems but cant play multiplayer on anything even though i have gold aswell same *** happends on my brother's account wtf has happend

 

Same for me ! I'm still a Gold membre for another 2 months, but unable to play TitanFall ! Even ask me to spend 59,99 $ for Gold membership !! I'm trying to talk to a reprensentative, but I feel better knowing that i'm not alone !

100,000 Gamerscore and 6 years of live and I cant even access youtube!!!!!

I am having this problem as well. I called support yesterday and they cancelled my subscription and gave me the remainder in codes to try and reset my gold status. I had gold for a short time again after doing so but then that evening I had reverted back
to silver and am now unable to redeem more codes. Hopefully this is resolved soon.

 

I've had this problem for two days.i called twice...they say now it's because I have a belkin router ? I've never heard of anything like this
