Able to play story mode outside set time limit

How is it possible that my son can use his Xbox outside the set time limits? He is playing GTA (bought a disk) and before this we did not have a problem. At the set time the Xbox could not be used. Now since GTA he can continue all night in Story Mode
(whatever that is..)

How can we get his nights sleep back again. HELP

Thank you for your reply. I can really do with some help on this.

I don't think he is using a different account. I will check a few times to see.

Can I see if there are more account used on the Xbox console or in my xbox parrent account online?

Can the Xbox not be set that one cannot make another account without approval. Can the time limit not be set for the Xbox device regardless of the accounts?

Why can these parental controls not be 100% work around proof.

So time or game limits don't work if you know how to go around them?

All he has to do to circumvent time limits is create a new account or play with his account but set it to "offline".

These are the only ways he can do it.
