    Hi there.

    So the problem I'm having is that on my xbox 360, I have full internet connection, and am able to connect to live, except that my character/avatar/user is no longer connected to my live account. (it worked before so I have no clue what happened). I have
    tried to log in/out, I have even tried setting up xbox live with the join now option, and then inputting my previous info, but that doesn't work because it says its already registered somewhere else. Is there somewhere I can go on this website to connect my
    person to my account? or set up my character to my account? or am I SOL and am going to have to create a new live account?

    SOS. Help. I've been trying to figure this SOB out for two weeks now.

    We are not seeing everyone's gamer tag within our Xbox Live account, but we see them in checking the account on the computer. We re-downloaded one of the players data, but it did not work. What should we do?

    Hello. I have heard people having issues in regards to error codes. If clearing your cache and redownloading your profile does not work then we have to take extra steps. The link I am about to post under this is a discussion between support and a customer
    regarding the error codes. It is step by step and should be able to help you get back online as it worked for the customer.

    I have the same issue as well. Changed my password, verified all my information, made sure I have an Xbox live membership. Getting error code 80151011. I had no issues logging in 3 days ago. Someone please get back to us ASAP.
