Ability to pre-load games leading up to their digital launch

same with me... I work that morning... and if it does release at midnight and we have to DL it then.. Ill do that and go to bed...

& Brownie... I can see Thief coming later and just popping up in the store when ever it got there..

but this is Titanfall... they gave it away for free with a console... the dam game has its own controller... this is supposed to be the next Halo in size of sales.. a so called COD KILLER.. trust me... it will be at the store at 11:59:59 local time if
not earlier....

 

There will be gamers everywhere salivating on that timer kicking over.

 

i really hope titanfall does come at midnight but remember xbox store seems to update when there timezone is awake which over here is 5pm

 

I'm still buying this digital but I do wish we could pre-download Can't wait til they add this feature.

 

Pre-loading needs to become a reality and fast if Microsoft want to push the digital market. Microsoft should also do reduced prices for people who preorder, following the same sort of model Steam have set.

Give your customers a reason to go digital over physical Microsoft and they will come!

 

Don't really change anything for me.

Choice:

A- After work,i got buy it to a retailer.

B-I download it while i'm working.

 

except Tzar... with A you can trade it in eventually....

with B.. you can stay on the couch and go from TF to BF to COD to F5 to DR and not have to lift a finger...

I prefer the later...especially with a game like TF as it seems like something that will be played through the summer ~ Fall and into next Winter

 

Yeah I really don't like GameStop, don't get much for trades by the time in done with a game so I stopped doing that awhile ago. I just received a email about 5 minutes ago trying to get me to pre-order TitanFall from GameStop for a free poster lol.

Titanfall was confirmed to have pre-loading. Even had a page on Xbox.com announcing it and was announced by a few Respawn developers. Then Microsoft came back and announced that it was an error and pre-loading will not be an option.

So there's a chance it will still be an option but Microsoft wasn't ready to announce? Or it really was an error? I find it hard to believe having a website go live with details on preloading is an error.
