Ability to contact support

Last night my account was hacked and the hacker sent 20+ racist messages and got my account banned.When I try and contact support they through the support page it gives me the prompt of "Calls are not available for this issue" so I cannot even try and get
this fixed.Im very upset at this since I've been playing xbox with my friends for 7 years now and I wont be able to even use that account anymore.

Is there any other way for me to get in a call so I can actually get the help I need?

You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us. If you're not seeing those options, choose a different category/topic. Most billing
options will have them available.

For the ban, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

if your account has been compromised and someone has unauthorised access to it you need to go to https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/manage-account/compromised-account-solution

follow the instructions there.

As an old fogey who once had to call a phone number to ask to cancel Xbox Live Gold I can understand the initial confusion about the new phone process, but yes, ask for a callback. It may seem like a less efficient solution but it’s loads better than sitting
on hold forever.

In addition, either click no when asked by the virtual agent if the information provided helped - normally you should only need to do this twice, or type 'No thanks' into the Virtual agent chat window.

Now, you should be offered to either chat to a real person or request a call back.
