Abilities - Is There a Level Cap or Do they Keep Upgrading?

The subject of my ? pretty much speaks for itself; Basically what I'm asking because i'm still new and it's actually rather difficult for me to adjust to some/each class, but just thought I'd ask anyone know, do the abilities
just keep on upgrading, or is there a perhaps a level cap to which each class' abilities have reaches its maximum and have no further abilities to upgrade to?

They added Badass Ranks which have no level cap, so you can keep racking those up and increase your characters basic attributes. I'm sure there will be a level cap so that you can't have all your skills maxed out.

I believe there is a level cap, it just hasn't been announced as of yet. It was originally 50, but they redacted the statement. I'm dead sure there is a level cap, as balancing has to be in place.

Can you clarify your question? There are 3 abilites for each class/unit none of which upgrade per se, the upgrades typically affect your primary weapon (eg faster reload, more ammo/damage etc) and there are 3 of them for each primary and alternate unit.

I thought that some of the abilities were upgraded or just get replaced with better 1s, to which I know there's a limit of 3. But I mean because they give you 3 objectives to clear before you gain a new ability upon revival,
so I wanted to know as before, if perhaps there's a level cap where basically there aren't any further abilities/objectives to gain any new abilities.

After you get your third ability you get a character specific pack of stickers for each level after to I'm not sure how high as I only have completed level 6 so far.

As said before, no new abilities. you get upgrade cards that increase your primary.

However there are different classes (5 for each character) that add slight tweaks. Like Agent Pea and Camo Zombie have slower firing Primary weapons, however while firing slower they have increased accuracy and damage.

Would have been cool if you could have leveled up your abilities.

Season Pass includes acheivement related DLC ( Dragon's Keep, Pirate's Booty, Big Game Hunt & Campaign of Carnage), and the UVHM upgrade & the first level cap increase (pack 1). You'll still need to buy the Psycho, Mechromancer, the second level cap increase
(pack 2) and the Headhunter packs. The Natural Selection annex was included with the GotY Edition, but not the 2 additional characters. I don't know if either of the level cap increases were included in the GotY
