    ABC News App No Worky


    ABC News app on Xbox One experiences a server error. Other apps work online just fine. I've tried a hard reset and re-downloading the app. I am in the "Preview Program" but my box says it hasn't updated since May 15th and the issue started this week. Help
    please.

    ABC NEWS APP + 2 days no live services

    22 March 2018



    OK it's been nearly 3 weeks now & still I find the ABC News App is not working. Please fix this problem ABC News App No Worky :)

    Last week we had 2 days of problems with very limited live services and on previous occasions when this has happened we where credited with the time we had lost. Please be just & give us compensation for our losses. Thanks

    Thanks for reaching out and welcome to Xbox community forums. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

    If you're trying to install Xbox Game Pass mobile app, then it should be run on iOS devices. If you're also subscribed on Xbox game pass, you need to sign in with their Microsoft account in order to play and download games.

    But for us to further isolate the issue, I'd like to confirm if did you try to install the Xbox game pass app from the App Store?

    Does the issue also persist even on Android devices?
