I'm a gold member and 20 th september you picked up moneys from my credit card for xbox live gold. Now I want become silver member and so I removed the automatic renewal of xbox live gold and I want eliminate the payment option, that is my credit card number,
but when I try to do this I have an error message. So i called the assistance and he said me that i must pay 7 euro because I must pay the october month. So, I think that 20 th september I paid the october month because the logic teaches me that a customer,
before pays, and then enjoys of a service that he paid. So do i must pay this last tax of 7 euro? Thank you in advance.

 

I Own 2 Xboxes. Same Account??

You cannot put the same account on 2 xboxes at the same time. If you want your son to have xbox live you will have to pay for xbox gold memberships.
