    Hi! Did you try to perform a full reboot or a power cycle with cache cleaning?

    Anyway I suggest you to use a clearer title when you start a discussion.

    Is the Gold service subscription active? Check in the "Subscriptions" section of the console and if everything is working, try to clear the cache with the

    power cycle     system and then delete the profile from the console and re-download it.
