I tried deleting and re-downloading my profile but the error was still there. I'm going to try resetting the console next, so hopefully that should work. While I was deleting my profile, I noticed that Deus Ex: Human Revolution was actually downloaded to my USB (Supposedly it took up 6.8 GB of space), but it said it had not been fully downloaded. I think it might be a case of too little storage (Although I had around 7.5 GB of free space on the device).

I was going to try deleting my profile again, when I saw that Deus Ex had been downloaded again, but it still said it had not been fully downloaded. The icon of the game had a white exclamation mark with a yellow background.

Edit: I tried going to the Download History page and re-downloading Deus Ex, and it worked properly this time, although the download speed was insanely slow (about 1% every 4-7 minutes, even though my wi-fi speed is fast). I was at 7% when my profile disconnected from Xbox Live again and I lost the download progress. I think error code 807B01F4 might be the main issue here. Thanks for your help as always

Does this error occur when trying to install other games, or on another account and profile on your Xbox 360 console?

Are you installing the game to an external hard drive or directly to the internal storage?

First make sure you have sufficient storage to install the game. According to the game description on the Xbox 360 marketplace the game requires 6.79GB at minimum (not including DLC’s, add-ons and extras).

Try clear system cache and remove and reinstall your profile on your Xbox 360.

If you decide to remove and reinstall your profile on your console, make sure to select the option “Delete Profile Only”- This deletes the Xbox profile but

leaves saved games and achievements. Before doing so, also make sure you know the email address and password to your account.

Does your account region match your physical location? This can sometimes cause download issues.

If the game appears to show as not correctly installed in storage settings, delete the download, restart, then try again.

If this error persists, definitely try a reset as a last resort. This would help delete any corrupted files, both on your profile and storage devices. Be sure to back up your

games, apps, profile, themes and other content you want to keep on a USB flash drive. Anything not synchronised with Xbox Live will be lost.

You could also try reinstalling the system updates on the console. This would roll back to the previous updates, automatically restart, then apply the latest update.

Another solution that’s worked for some people with the error, is to play any arcade game (needs to be arcade apparently) while installing the game. Play the game until the download is complete. Not sure if this would help, but it’s worth a shot.

You may also want to try a wired internet connection, if on a wireless one or another network altogether, a mobile hotspot perhaps? Confirm there are no network restrictions and security settings that could affect downloads, particularly the firewall settings. This error

isn’t likely being caused by your network, but it’s best to consider all options and possible causes. Contact your ISP to help troubleshoot everything from their side.

Unfortunately, this is a common issue with Xbox 360 consoles where downloads suddenly stop, usually at a certain point. I experienced this issue many times myself, and it doesn’t seem to be easily resolved.

Because the Xbox 360 servers are no longer supported, and are less maintained, they can be quite unstable and unreliable I’m afraid.

The game won't appear on your Xbox One, as Spongebob Squarepants Battle of Robots isn't backwards compatible on Xbox One.

On the Xbox 360, try to access the store and find the game there. Initiate the download of the game on the Xbox 360 console, and check if the game appears now. If the purchase went through before, you can re-download a game you own for free. You just need
to be signed in with the account that purchased the game.

Hi. The easiest way around it is to go to Xbox store website on your PC or laptop and login and make a purchase from the 360 game from there. Once bought, a message will appear that says thatvyou own the game. Now go to your Xbox one console and you will
find your game waiting for you to download there in the my games and apps tab. Once you have done that you will be able to buy other 360 games directly from the console.
