    A weird problem with Xbox live gold


    Today, 03/26/2018 i've redeemed a gift card of a 2-day xbox live gold(Toast of Gears of war:UE) . When put this code on Microsoft Store the code was validated successfuly... YEAH!!! My account is now live gold A weird problem with Xbox live gold :D... I can download and play "Games With Gold"
    games, but I can't play multiplayer games. I've asked for thid problem to Microsoft support and they've said that the code was redeemed on another account. Summing up: My account is now live gold(For Microsoft, by a mysterious card) and I can't play any game
    on multiplayer online mode. My question now is: IF I BUY A GIFT CARD AT THE SUPERMARKET AND REDEEM THIS... WILL THE SAME HAPPEN?

    Weird connection problem with Xbox Live

    Hi K3nzz0!

    First off I would suggest clearing the cache. Here is
    a guide     to help you out.

    Then download/recover your gamer profile from LIVE servers as follows:

    Press X to sign out of your profile.

    1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
    2. Select Download Profile.
    3. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
    4. Enter your Microsoft account password.

    Weird connection problem with Xbox Live

    Hi,

    I've got a weird issue with my xbox/ xbox live recently. Whenever I start up a game and play it randomly disconnects me (this is rather common) but when I go back to the dashboard it connects me back to the party I'm in (I can talk, manage party, etc...)
    however my dashboard tells me I'm not connected to xbox live. Switching the xbox on and off resolves it... until I start up another game. Does anyone here have a similar problem/issue? And if so, a possible explanation or solution?

    A weird problem with Xbox live gold

    Trial cards do not change your account status to gold. Some will only work with the game they came with and they will not work with all games or all game modes.

    If you were to buy a gold subscription, it would be a full subscription so you should not run into the same issue.
